to walk fashion parade on saturday

- pick up model numbers
- turn in photos for print model contest
print model (chosen by photo - must bring photos )

model search lineup 830 AM
model search begins 9AM
ANY MODEL SEARCH CONTESTANT NOT IN LINE AT 830 AM
WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COMPETE
NO EXCEPTIONS TO LATE CONTESTANT ARRIVALS
ANYONE NOT IN LINE AT 830 can not walk model search
FASHION PARADE 12 noon
Clothing Racks are not provided - Bring if needed
ROOM IS LABELED IN SHOW ORDER OF ALL DESIGNERS
anyone entering venue doors must show proof of ticket
ticket sweeps will be run to verify
NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN DRESSING ROOM
dressing room is not for friends or FAMILY

HAMU providers are not employees of the event
SHOW LINE UP
PARENTS and MODELS are responsible for making the
necessary line time to every Fashion you are scheduled to walk .
Walk Schedule is given to you at Friday check in.
BE CERTAIN you are in line on time for every walk.
those who miss line time or are out of order
will not be allowed to take stage at a later time.
DO NOT step in to a show line if out of order .
SHOW ORDER is a schedule and must be followed.
RUNWAY RULES FOR FASHION PARADE
STRAIGHT CLEAN MODEL WALK - NO ROUTINES
models who deter from these instructions cause
immediate and visual disorder to both the show, film
coverage and the stage team responsible to show.
absolutely no parents on runway
*practice with your model before you arrive
to be certain they understand not to linger on runway
RUNWAY MUSIC
All music is preset by fashion parade
models should be prepared to walk to any music
and instructed that should for any reason music stop
or stagger that they continue to walk as normal
HOW FASHION PARADE RUNS
brand 1 will walk the runway immediately followed by brand 2 and so on and so on
show runs as implied - a fashion parade
once all brands have taken the runway all models may walk the finale' walk
designers may walk the finale with your show line.
Following Finale' all models are free to leave until the evenings Red Carpet
be certain, any fashion you do not own, is returned to the proper person(s)
and does not leave the dressing room at show end.
6 PM RED CARPET
those registered for best dressed on red carpet
should be at the red carpet in line up at 530pm
and with model number clearly visible .
each will walk carpet for best dressed consideration .
ALL REMAINING models (not applied for Best on Red Carpet)
will walk Red Carpet at 6PM
those registered for best on red carpet must be wearing your
official model number provided to you at friday check in,
You provide your own Fashion for Red Carpet awards
Fashion may be any style you choose

we do not search for models
we do not search for designers
designers are responsible for their models
we do not dress and change models
we do not replace lost numbers
we do not stop or reline show for missing models
Friday you receive your copy of full show order
parents are responsible for your child(ren) at all times
times and rules are same for everyone.
Our Team has one obligation
keep the event on time and running as directed by producers.
disrespecting or ignoring instructions will result in ban from event
RULES OF CONDUCT
we are a zero tolerance event
poor behavior by any person will result in immediate removal by venue security
host property is fully authorized to remove, restrict , enforce full authority
do not touch other peoples belongings - be respectful
Whistling, yelling, calling out to models is not permitted at our events.
we maintain a quality event and such distractions are not appropriate
turn off cell phones when inside our event forum

we have reduced room rates through guest block

ESCALATORS and ELEVATORS
are not play areas , monitor your child(ren)

PERSONAL PROPERTY
Keep a safe eye on your belongings at all times.
hotel and event are not responsible for lost or missing items.
as with any city , public place and large hotel,
there will be persons on property not affiliated with the event .
do not leave your child unattended
PACK TO BE PREPARED
Think of every possibility and be prepared by packing well.
clothing steamers , Safety pins, thread, extra shoes, socks, hair items, hairspray, iron, fashion tape etc.
Remember what you may have but not need someone else may and vice versa
Be certain to think of every possibility - always better to over pack and not need something than to need it and not have it. Do not arrive expecting things will be available only to then find you have no access, arrive overly prepared to make your attendance stress free,
FOOTWEAR for Fashion Parade
FOOTWEAR is not provided by event.
READ CAREFULLY
We suggest packing several styles of footwear.
Be certain you have shoe options for any type fashion .
Be certain you have hosiery options for any type fashion .
WE STRESS THE FOLLOWING ON NAILS AND POLISH
Keep Nails and Toes clear or natural polish only.
ABSOLUTELY NO COLOR NAIL POLISH .
HEELS
We strongly discourage putting young children in heels ,
HEELS and Open toe sandals can create difficulty for a child
to properly navigate the runway and often do not show well on camera .
We also discourage placing any model in a open toe shoe
that does not properly fit .

IF A BRAND YOUR CHILD IS WALKING FOR HAS GIVEN SPECIFIC FOOTWEAR INSTRUCTIONS,,
THOSE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AS INDICATED .

Bring a book , a tablet or any other quiet but entertaining item
to keep occupied in any down and slow times
plan your time wisely and arrive prepared .

are not employees of the event
if booking a shoot or purchasing photos , video etc
